Returns policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All customers have the right to return their goods if they are not 100% satisfied. The item(s) must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. 

*Christmas returns are extended from 01/12/16 - 13/01/16*

Item(s) can be returned for a refund via the original payment method, or an exchange for an alternative size of the same item. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt and can take between 3-5 working days to clear depending on your payment method or card issuer. 

The original cost of postage will not be refunded unless the returned item(s) were faulty, damaged or incorrect. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN 

- Returned item(s) cannot be visibly worn, must not be damaged, marked, stretched or smell in anyway or be in a condition which we deem renders them unsuitable for resale
- All returned item(s) must include all relevant swing tags, labelling and branding with their original packaging including branded bags and boxes
- A copy of the returns form provided must be included with all returned items so we can identify the order – refunds/exchanges cannot be processed without this information 
- We reserve the right to refuse returned item(s), any that are returned that do not comply with the above conditions will be returned to you at your own cost.

 This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws. 

UK RETURNS

- We suggest using a tracked service as we cannot be held accountable for any returned item(s) lost in transit 

To return an item to us please email us within 28 days of receipt on returns@recreo.co.uk with your order number, we will send a returns form that must be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

- Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning item(s)
We suggest using a tracked service as we cannot be held accountable for any returned item(s) lost in transit 

To return an item to us please email us within 28 days of receipt on returns@recreo.co.uk with your order number, we will send a returns form that must be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).

We do not offer exchanges on international orders - if you wish to exchange an item(s) it should be returned to us for refund and a new order must be placed.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If you have received faulty or damaged item(s) from us please email us on returns@recreo.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue alongside photographs if possible. We will assess the issue raised and arrange for the goods to be returned to us free of charge if necessary. Please do not return any item(s) until we have responded to your email. 

All items returned are subject to inspection by Recreo, and in some circumstances the original manufacturer of the product. For this reason any replacements or refunds on faulty items may take an extended length of time. 

Any returned item(s) found not to be faulty or returned without prior acknowledgment will be returned to the sender at their own cost. 

INCORRECT ORDERS

All orders are checked and double checked before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that the item(s) you have received are incorrect and not what you originally ordered please email us on returns@recreo.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with your order number and details of the mistake. We will assess the issue raised and arrange for the goods to be returned to us free of charge if necessary. Please do not return any item(s) until we have responded to your email.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible on returns@recreo.co.uk . If the order has not been shipped we will process a full refund via the original payment method as instructed. 

If your order has already been processed and shipped you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) - we suggest using a tracked service as we cannot be held accountable for any returned item(s) lost in transit.
